This elegant villa hides amongst the olive trees just 10 minutes walk from a beautiful, well-maintained, sandy beach and the picturesque village of Sisi. Offering breath-taking views over the sea, mountains and the olive groves, this property enjoys complete privacy and yet is close to all the local amenities; an ideal combination for the perfect summer holiday. The villa is divided over 3 floors. Entering on the ground level you will come to a large open-plan dining and living area, fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, American fridge, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster etc. On the same level there is a master bedroom with a spacious en suite with both bath and walk-in shower. The bedroom has a private exit to the terrace, pool and shaded veranda. From the living room you can access the veranda and dining area for 12 guests.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
