The Home
Villa Douce got its name as it overlooks the mysterious island of Dia. In the summer, the sunset here is simply mesmerizing! This brand new villa has four floors, perfectly fitted to it’s 4000sqm landscape.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a King Size bed, ensuite bathrooms and large sliding doors from floor to ceiling leading out to the garden and a large outdoor area. In the hallway you also find a small room with a washing machine.
The staircase is leading up to the main floor, where you find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 12 persons and a huge tailored sofa that can easily be divided in three separate parts. On this floor there is also a bathroom with double sinks and a large shower, in addition to a separate TV room with a sleeping sofa. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
