Sea View Villas are 8 luxurious, individual, four bedroom villas, designed to offer stylish accommodation in a wonderful, seafront location.
Filos villa is on the hedge with sea front and sunset. Each villa has an open plan design of kitchen,living room,dining room, with large glass doors and windows allowing plenty of light and give a feeling of space and freedom.
The master bedroom is located on its own first floor, has plasma TV , DVD, ensuite bathroom with enclosed shower, private veranda with excellent views. Three additional bedrooms all with ensuite facilities, are located on the lower floor .
The large (11meters by 5 meters) swimming pool is complemented by extensive terraces with lovely views to the Aegean sea.
Although there are 8 villas in this location, they each have their own spacious grounds which ensures privacy.
The villas share a tennis court.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
