The two-story home features over 3,000 square feet of living space. You and your guests will have access to 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an open floor concept that blends the family room and kitchen. The large master bedroom includes a king sized bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. One room comes with a child’s bunk bed and sofa bed. The last three rooms include 3 queen size beds. All bathrooms are fully stocked with soap, shampoo, and bath towels. There is a separate room for the washer and dryer that are equipped with laundry detergent/bleach.
The main living space offers a large HDTV. Guests can relax after a long day of play or work. The open space offers a kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops and amenities for cooking all meals. Guests can enjoy meals at the kitchen island or the large dining table. On a beautiful Southern California day, you and your guests can open the sliding doors and enjoy your meals on the patio overlooking the view. The family room opens up to the backyard, perfect for outdoor dining. Guests can self-check-in and the property comes equipped with a Tesla charger. During the cooler months, guests can enjoy the beautiful sitting area where you can relax and listen to the piano.

Guests can park in the garage and the driveway. There is plenty of street parking, but please be sure to read the parking signs for restricted days/hours—street sweeping days.

Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. There are neighbors on both sides of the property. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (10pm - 8am) is not allowed.
We love pets, but there is a NO pet policy.
This is a Non-Smoking household. Smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-Cigarettes, is not allowed at any time inside the house. You may smoke outside. Smoking indoors will be fined to remove the smell.
