Down a quaint cobbled lane in the sleepy country village-esque neighbourhood of Hampstead lies this astounding three-bedroom home. Architecturally designed, modern and refined, it sits amid an oasis of shrubbery and foliage in its sunny courtyard, and the contemporary interior showcases its superb detailing at every turn. A mere five-minute walk from Hampstead station, there are no downsides to this stunning home.
Enter through the gate adorned overhead with an arched hedge, and enter the home’s lush, sunny courtyard, complete with outdoor furniture, lighting and bushes of hydrangeas. After entering the house, you’ll find the impressive kitchen on the right: with its midnight blue cabinetry and white marble countertops, the aesthetic alone is striking – never mind the generous size and thoughtful functionality.
Nearby the large dark timber dining table steals the show, surrounded by six beautiful bouclé chairs. The open-plan space continues on to the spacious living room, where two big plush sofas face an elegant timber entertainment installation, complete with books, sculptures and, of course, a big flat-screen TV. On the other side of the ground floor, you’ll find a sunny study, with windows looking out to the courtyard. A desk and double pull-out sofa feature in here, and you can access the utility room here also, where you’ll find the washing machine and dryer. A separate WC rounds out the ground floor amenities.
Up the stairs, turn right to find the first bedroom, centred on a comforting king-sized bed in the light of the large window. Along the hallway, doors open up to give access to the wrap-around balcony looking down on the courtyard. The principal bedroom also has access to this balcony, and stuns in the ample light from the windows. A four-poster king-sized bed provides a wow factor, flanked by bedside tables and tasteful art. The final bedroom also features a king-sized bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe. All the bedrooms in this home have en-suite bathrooms, ensuring ultimate convenience and comfort. Also, a Peloton bike is available at the property, providing guests with the opportunity to enjoy high-quality, interactive fitness sessions during their stay.
