This charming single-storey stone cottage clings to a south-facing
hillside, offering fabulous views of the surrounding countryside,
packed with vines, olive groves and woodland in all shades of green,
which can be admired from your terrace or private pool. Perfect for two
or three guests who wish to taste Chianti life, the cottage is
comfortably furnished in rustic Tuscan style and has a well-equipped
kitchen – the owner is Italian celebrity chef Luciano Porciatti. But
it’s the outdoor areas you’ll adore; a furnished terrace, wrapping
around two sides of the building, blends into a private lawned area to
the side, all overlooking the scenery below – an idyllic spot for an
evening drink or al-fresco meal.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
