The Home
Fattoria La Pieve lays on the upper valley slopes that lead down to
distant Grosseto and the sea. The resort is positioned above its
organically tended olive groves and vineyards. Once a set of farm
buildings, the stone structures has been restored into twelve cottages
and apartments using traditional Tuscan stone, terracotta ceilings and
floors and each has a furnished garden/terrace to dine al fresco in the
cool evening breeze. Stone steps lead down to a resplendent rock pool
designed swimming pool furnished with sunbeds and shady pergolas. The
pool includes a beach pool for lounging, a shallow pool for children, a
deep pool for swimmers and a heated Jacuzzi for all. Here, every
evening, the sunsets turn the countryside to sea views into an
unforgettable spectacle.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
