Built in 2016 on the island of Paros, this unique luxury villa, has magnificent views of the Aegean Sea and the island of Naxos. This shelter, which can accommodate up to 10 people, is designed to offer refined relaxation and privacy. Regarding the interiors, on the ground floor there is a large living and a dining room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor consists of a bedroom with access to a terrace and a bathroom. Finally, there are 2 independent apartments by the pool, which feature a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and a living room with a dining table. The residence can accommodate up to 10 guests and upon special request up to 12 guests.
