Just 90 minutes North of Midtown Manhattan, this bucolic, picturesque setting is a family-friendly destination and quintessential Catskill foothills vacation getaway. This particular Kingston neighborhood is safe, quiet, and family-friendly. The road is pedestrian and bicycle friendly. The neighborhood is close to several parks and recreational areas. Forsyth Park, located just a few minutes away, offers open green spaces, playgrounds, tennis courts, and walking trails. This ideal location in one of Ulster County’s most exclusive neighborhoods, offers ease of access to New York City. Kingston was originally settled by the Dutch in 1652 and was a significant trading and shipping hub during the colonial era.   • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
