Villa Sonia is a newly built villa on the island of Kea (Tzia) located in an amphitheatrical plot of land of 1200 sq.m., overhanging the protected bay of Vourkari. It offers a magnificent panoramic view of the bay and the Aegean sea beyond it and an absolutely breathtaking sunset. Vourkari, the yachting marina of the island, is only a 5 minutes drive from the villa and has the best seaside restaurants, bars, and exclusive small boutiques of the island. The house is near many beautiful beaches, the closest one being at 1,5 km. Ioulis, the island capital, with its archeological sites and museum, and quality tavernas is at 8 km from the villa. Villa Sonia can accommodate 8 persons. The total surface of the villa is 175 sq.m. spanning over two levels. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
