Villa Matia is a newly 190 sqm built large sea view villa in Skala, Patmos overlooking the port and the gulf. This luxury 3 bedroom villa has been sensitively designed to complement the island’s traditional architecture. It can sleep between 4 to 8 persons and is built on 2 levels. On the ground floor of the villa guests will find a big kitchen, a huge dining room for 10 people, a comfortable living room, a bedroom with a double four-poster bed with drapes, and a bathroom with a shower bath. The second ground floor bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds that can be joined together for a couple.
Outside on the ground floor of the villa there is a large veranda at the rear with a built-in-sofa and table – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
