The Home
The third, smallest residence is on the east side of the second building. Its total surface area is 80m² and it expands over two floors. On the upper ground floor, the residence’s main section, the lounge room and bedroom share a spacious, common area. Nearby, there is a unique, spacious, circular bathroom with a panoramic view. The residence has a direct view and access to the large balcony that extends to the front and overlooks the sea. The residence’s outdoor kitchen, along with the adjacent dining area and lounge area, which are situated in the inner courtyard (secured by a stone wall) are of particular interest.
This area can perfectly accommodate guests during the day in the summer months. More so, as there is a small pool next to the yard that overlooks the sea.
On the lower ground floor, there is a separate guesthouse which has its own bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and a small, fully equipped kitchen.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
