As the sun climbs higher, retreat to the expansive lawn for a picnic, the backdrop of Pawna Lake adding a serene touch to your meal. If the lake’s water levels are low, you could go on a delightful picnic. The latter part of the day brings opportunities for a lively BBQ by the outdoor seating area, or perhaps a refreshing swim followed by a soak in the jacuzzi. As evening approaches, gather around a crackling bonfire, the perfect setting for sharing stories and laughter. For sports enthusiasts, you can have live match screenings that create a vibrant atmosphere. Every moment at Evara Villa feels like an extraordinary escape, making each second unforgettable. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is a spacious living room situated on the first floor of the villa. Includes AC, TV, WI-Fi, sound system, and a balcony. There are two dining room areas. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed LAWN ( A beautiful lawn sits in front of the property along with an open garden, perfect for intimate gatherings. There is a 2 seater swing, an al fresco dining area, and an outdoor seating area with a firepit area that offers a cosy spot to relax. SWIMMING POOL There is a private outdoor pool with a water curtain and sun loungers. The pool offers a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. TERRACE There is a beautiful terrace overlooking the surroundings. There is a 4 seater jacuzzi that sits on a terrace and can be accessed at an additional cost. GAMES ROOM The ground floor features a games room perfect for enjoying fun times with friends and family. The room includes board games, carrom, a pool table, table tennis, and a variety of books for avid readers. This room is equipped with a CCTV camera for security purposes. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - This is a pure veg property. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external and internal areas such as the living room for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - This is a standalone property. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
