On one of the oldest streets in Paris, built in the 1st century during the heyday of the Roman Empire, a modern two-bedroom oasis awaits. The juxtaposition between old and new is a familiar phenomenon in a city as ancient as Paris, and it’s used to great effect in this home in the 2nd arrondissement: exquisite parquet flooring contrasts with high-end contemporary furnishings and décor, making for a particularly show-stopping aesthetic.
LIVING ROOM
The impeccable taste and classy sophistication is palpable as soon as you enter this sprawling living room. Take in the big beautiful boucle sofa, its golden brown hue meshing perfectly with the black stone coffee table before it. Opposite, a series of simple shelves hold a treasure trove of trinkets, including books, framed photographs and sculptures. A TV and its soundbar are nestled in here too, ready to accommodate a cosy movie night.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
