Welcome to our Modern Midtown Home! Here we believe your vacation should be just as fun as it is relaxing! With a modern and comfortable design, plush furnishings, modern appliances, tons of fun games, and a fully fenced backyard. Our home is a place we hope you’ll never want to leave! The only thing we are missing....is you! We are close to Downtown Flagstaff, NAU, and many other Flagstaff attractions!
Here is the layout of the space. The home is all on one level so no pesky stairs!
There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the home:
1) Master: Queen (Sleeps 2). Full bath with walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.
2) Guest bedroom #1: Queen (Sleeps 2). Small walk in closet
3) Guest bedroom #2: Queen (Sleeps 2). Sliding door closet.
Both of the Guest bedrooms have access to a full bathroom in the hallway.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- -No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
- -$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
- -Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
- -No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
- Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please pay the pet fee before your arrival.
