Welcome to our Modern Midtown Home! Here we believe your vacation should be just as fun as it is relaxing! With a modern and comfortable design, plush furnishings, modern appliances, tons of fun games, and a fully fenced backyard. Our home is a place we hope you’ll never want to leave! The only thing we are missing....is you! We are close to Downtown Flagstaff, NAU, and many other Flagstaff attractions! Here is the layout of the space. The home is all on one level so no pesky stairs! There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the home: 1) Master: Queen (Sleeps 2). Full bath with walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. 2) Guest bedroom #1: Full (Sleeps 2). Small walk in closet 3) Guest bedroom #2: Queen (Sleeps 2). Sliding door closet. Both of the Guest bedrooms have access to a full bathroom in the hallway. The backyard is a smaller, narrower yard that wraps around about 1/2 of the home. Perfect for letting your dogs out to have some space during your time here. Parking: The home has a two-car garage and 1-2 parking spaces out in front of the garage. Winter ordinances in Flagstaff do not permit street parking during the months of November-April. Laundry: Guest have access to a full washer and dryer (Free) During your stay *For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.* *There is an additional fee for having pets. Please make sure your pets are included in the reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your stay.* *If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation* *-Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
