Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Bookings for a group of unrelated individuals are not permitted - if unsure, please ask first.
- - No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings allowed at any time.
- - This is a residential building no noise between 10pm and 7am.
- - If you are booking on behalf of someone else or a third-party or you will not be staying, please send me an enquiry first.
- - No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
- - The apartment and amenities are for paying/staying guest use only. If you plan to have visitors at the apartment, please message me to request approval before you book.
- - No illegal/recreational drugs and no smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $1000 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping.
- - No shoes to be worn in the apartment.
- - Maximum of 7 guests in existing bedding only (including infants and children).
