Sunny, warm & newly renovated - the perfect ’home away from home’. Located in the upmarket suburb of Karori, only 10 minutes drive to the CBD. Bathed in sunshine & featuring an open plan living area, large kitchen with gas cooking, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, study nook, fibre broadband and central heating throughout. A power source for charging EV’s is available. Close enough to enjoy all that Wellington has to offer whilst offering a private retreat, away from the bustle and noise of the city.

- There is a small stream running beside the house, this is fenced off so please do not go beyond this fence.
- House is located at the top of a long, narrow driveway, which is shared with another house. Oversized vehicles will not fit up the driveway, if unsure, please check with me before booking.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The person making the booking must be staying at the house. If you want to book for someone else and you will not be staying, please send me an enquiry first.
- - No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings.
- - As this is a residential area, please no noise between 10pm and 7am.
- - Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
- - The house is for paying/staying guests. If you plan to have visitors at the house, please message me to request approval before you book.
- - To protect the timber floor, please do not wear shoes in the house or drag anything including furniture and bags across the floor.
- - No smokers/vapers/drugs and no smoking/vaping/drug use anywhere in or on the property. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $2000 will apply if the house smells or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping/drug use.
