Access and Accessibility

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • - If you are booking on behalf of someone else and you will not be staying, please send me an enquiry first via the 'Contact Host' button at the bottom of the page.
  • - No groups, gatherings, functions, events or parties are permitted. Bookings for a group of individuals is not permitted. If unsure, please send me an enquiry, before you book, via the 'Contact Host' button at the bottom of the page.
  • - Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
  • - No smokers or vapers and no smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property. Possession and/or use of illegal/recreational drugs is not permitted. An additional minimum cleaning fee of $1000 will apply if the apartment smells of smoke/vaping/drugs or if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping or illegal drug use.
  • - As this is a residential building, no noise between 10pm and 7am.
  • - To protect the carpet, please remove shoes at the front door.
  • - You do not need to clean the apartment before you leave, I just ask that you please leave it tidy, clean your dishes and pop the rubbish/recycling into the bins downstairs.
  • - Guests are required to read all my messages which will contain the instructions on how to easily locate and access the apartment.
