Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - The person making the booking must be staying at the property. If you want to book for someone else and you will not be staying, please send me an enquiry first.
- - No groups, events, parties, functions or gatherings.
- - Not suitable for children and infants.
- - This is a residential building - no noise between 10pm and 7am.
- - Maximum of 4 guests in existing bedding only. No guests over and above the number listed on your booking and no guests other than those named in the booking.
- - To protect the timber floor, please do not wear heeled shoes in the apartment or drag anything including furniture and bags across the floor.
- - No smokers/vapers/drugs and no smoking/vaping/drug use anywhere in or on the property. An additional cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping/drug use.
