We are excited to introduce Hideaway Cove! This new-construction home was just completed and welcomes up to 16 guests with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a brand new pool.
Nestled on the shores of Lake Norman, Hideaway Cove was built to be the perfect lakefront rental for entertaining. The open-concept main level is open and airy, allowing plenty of seating options and space for guests. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all open to one another, with vaulted ceilings, deck access, and views of the lake.
The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare all your group’s meals. It has large stainless appliances, an island with seating for four, and a large pantry to store all your food! The kitchen is crisp, clean, light, and bright, making meal prep a delight! The pocket door in the kitchen provides a small office with 2 desks and chairs if some need to work during your Lakecation!

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
