A brand new, luxury, fully furnished 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house that can sleep up to 6 guests.
The house is located in the highly desirable area of Shenley Church End in Milton Keynes and is only 6 minutes drive to the city centre.
The local centre is located 7 minutes walk away where there is a large Sainsbury’s supermarket, gym, barber shop, a locally renowned fish and chips shop, Subway, Chinese restaurant, cafe, pub, pizza shop and a Miller & Carters restaurant.

🛌 Bed Configuration:
- Bedrooms 1 to 3: All have comfortable zip link beds which is configured as two single beds by default or can be zipped together to form a king size bed upon request.
(Kindly note the photos currently show that bedrooms 1 & 2 have double beds but it has recently been changed to zip-link beds and we are waiting...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
