The house is conveniently located being only 10 minutes drive to Northampton City Centre.
Located just off Junction 15 of the M1, there is also easy access to neighbouring towns such as Milton Keynes, Wellingborough and Kettering
š Bedrooms 1 to 3 have comfortable zip link beds which is configured as 2 single beds by default or can be zipped together to form a king size bed upon request
š Bedroom 4 has a comfortable double bed
š The living room has two sofa beds which can be set up with bedding upon request
š There is an en-suite shower to Bedroom 1 and a further family bathroom and separate WC inside the house

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless āGrace Periodā applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
