Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
- We charge a pet fee of $75 per stay for two pets maximum. This increases to $150 / week and $200 / month for longer term guests. Please submit a special offer with this additional fee included through the platform when you book the unit for more than 7 nights.
- *If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you than we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee.
- The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
- 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
- 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
- 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
- These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.
- This is our rental agreement that you accept upon reserving: Sick and tired of being blamed for damages by hosts? We got you covered. A non-refundable trust and safety deposit is required and will be charged for the booking (No need for extra work, this is automated through Airbnb, select booking channels, and all online bookings platforms). The SafelyStay, Inc. trust and safety fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. - REFUND DISCLAIMER:
- Please note that if a refund is issued for your booking, the processing fee of 3.9% will not be refunded. The refunded amount will be the total paid minus the 3.9% processing fee per Stripe’s return policy. This applies to direct bookings and bookings made through Property Manager. Thank you for your understanding.
- ● No cats allowed.
- ● Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
- ● Please no smoking on the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front
- patio. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply. (smoke is really hard to get out)
- ● Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can.
- ● Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to
- departure.
- ● Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed.
- ●Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.
- ● The storage room is to remain closed at all times.
- ● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’
- discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility
- for the consumables.
- ● Please do not rearrange the furniture.
- ● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or
- maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate
- event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY
- IMMEDIATELY.
