The living space is finished in warm, soft tones with a burst of colour from its upholstered teal sofa. For entertainment there is a wide screen TV hanging above an original fireplace.
STUDY/MUSIC ROOM
Separated by folding doors, from the sitting room is the study/ music room with its upright piano, leads through to a large open plan kitchen and dining room.
OPEN PLAN KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM
Making excellent use of space, its large 8-seater table is placed under skylights to one side whilst the kitchen, featuring a wheeled storage island and single surface work-top is fitted to the opposite side of the room. It has high-quality fittings.
CONSERVATORY
There is a lovely conservatory sitting space, facing the garden, which is particularly enjoyable on a sunny day when this area is bathed in warm light.
GARDEN
The large decked garden has outdoor furniture arranged for guests to enjoy and comes with a fantastic unique feature - a wood-fired clay pizza oven! Make the neighbours jealous as your cook your own delicious pizzas with this fantastic construction.
FIRST FLOOR
You will find three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor of the house.
PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
The street-facing master suite boasts spacious quarters and two large windows brightening up the room. It also has a double bed matching the dresser, as well as a comfy leather armchair.
BEDROOM TWO
The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a window overlooking the garden.
BEDROOM THREE
Along the hall, this bedroom has a Queen-size bed and lovely blue and white patterned feature wallpaper.
FAMILY BATHROOM
The shared bathroom is fitted with a good-sized bathtub which has a shower unit.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor of the house is taken up by the last spacious bedroom which may be suited to a couple who desire a floor to themselves for extra privacy, and their own ensuite bathroom.
BEDROOM FOUR with ensuite
The room boasts ample storage space, a double bed and its own beautifully finished ensuite bathroom which has the luxury of both a bathtub and an Italian walk-in shower.
