This beautiful wooden cottage is well appointed and perfectly located to enjoy all the best Kangaroo Valley has to offer. Whether you are visiting for shopping, eating, adventuring or attending a wedding at one of the many venues nearby, KV Cottage is the perfect adults only accommodation.

Where will I be?
It is a 10 minute walk to the main street of Kangaroo Valley with its shops, eateries and pub. For those that like to adventure, it is a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Hampden bridge and the nearby businesses that hire out kayaks. KV Cottage is also ideally located for bus pick ups for nearby wedding venues.

How is the property laid out?
KV Cottage has 1 bedroom with a king bed and a good sized bathroom with a stand-alone claw foot bath and a separate shower. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster and oven - everything you will need to cook for your stay. The dining area is next to the kitchen, and the lounge opens to the large deck that is enclosed with fly screens so you can enjoy summer evenings without the flies!
WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
This particular property does not offer WiFi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it’s best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free WiFi. Property Manager is committed to getting all owners to provide WiFi at their property, but this is still work in progress!
What about outdoors?
The large deck at KV Cottage is fully enclosed with fly screens, meaning you can enjoy the summer nights without worrying about insects. Enjoy the lovingly maintained gardens - you may even see the local wildlife enjoying it too! Please do note the home is not suitable for children.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
KV Cottage has reverse cycle air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom for year round comfort. There is also a fireplace in the living room for those cold winter nights.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
KV Cottage supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels.
Parking for cars, etc?
KV Cottage has open air parking for 1 car.

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
