Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- • Instant booking with no reviews please send request first.
- • Booking with no great reviews, we ask for a government photo ID, such as a driver's licence or your passport.
- • No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
- • WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE!
- • Excessive noise will not be tolerated; Noise audible outside the property is prohibited after 9.30 pm and before 7.30 am). You will be evicted immediately if we are called out because of noise complaints, disruptive behaviour or disturbance with no refund of rent and your security bond.
- • Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies.
- • Please leave the property in clean and tidy condition. Clean the oven and kitchenware after use, otherwise a fee of $80 will applied.
- • All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
- • Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
- • Please keep the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost damaged or not returned to the lock box.
- • ON Sunday night, remember to pull the council bins out to the natural strip kerbside.
- • Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind.
- • Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
- • Early check-in is subject to availability and additional charges of $20 per hour fee applied.
- • Parking is available either on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited.
- • Please be aware that a 24-hour security camera installed at the front of the house, facing outside for added security.
- • We will provide with an initial supply of toilet paper rolls, but this may not be sufficient for the entirety of your stay. If needed, we recommend purchasing additional supplies.
- • Happy to discuss long-term or recurring bookings at a suitable rate, please feel free to contact me.
- • The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
- • To maintain a mature and responsible environment, we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. This means that individuals under the age limit are not permitted to book.
- By booking you agree that you have read and agree to comply with these rules, failure could result in loss of your deposit and /or being asked to leave the property.
