Beautiful one bedroom apartment of 43 m2 facing the Archives Museum, located on the 1st floor with lift.
The apartment consists of:
• A small entrance serving the other rooms
• An open kitchen equipped with a fridge, a hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, crockery accordingly and kitchen utensils.
• Small laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
• A dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
• A living room with sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a rug, an HD TV, an internet connection. Windows on the street
• A bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer. WC.
• A bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed, bedside tables, a chair and dressing room. Window overlooking a small interior courtyard.
The linen is provided. Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
