The well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals at home. The dining area features a wooden dining table and chairs, seating four. Cook up a storm in the kitchen and enjoy around the table with your loved ones, or order in and dine casually with your favourite show on the tv. The living area features two leather sofas and a flat-screen TV with traditional beams overhead, the ideal spot for relaxing after a day of exploring. You can access the private patio area to the front of the property, through the double doors from the living room. On those sunny summer days, let the fresh air flood in whilst making the most of your home from home. Sharing the ground floor is the first Double bedroom and the family bathroom. The bedroom features ceiling-height windows, looking out onto the private patio. The bed is dressed in high-quality bedding and fresh white linens. The bathroom is a modern, white space featuring a bath with an overhead shower, a basin and WC. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe box and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle. Hunmanby Train Station has great rail links to locations throughout Yorkshire including Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington, Driffield, Beverley, Hull, Brough, Goole, Doncaster and Sheffield. A couple of bus routes can be found in Hunmanby. Hop on the 12 or 13 to visit Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. The nearest airport is Humberside, 52 miles away from Hunmanby.
