The lead guest booking the property must be at least 25 years old. You will be provided with high-quality bed linen, bath mat, bath towels and tea towels for the kitchen. We also provide shampoo, shower gel, and loo paper at the beginning of your stay, but not throughout. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean, to be discussed at time of booking. Extra cleans and linen changes can also be arranged as well. If you notice damage or if something happens during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible so it can be fixed. Please note that there may be an additional surcharge on cleaning fees and a paid personal check-in required for bookings where the check in is on a UK bank holiday.
