villa offers a harmonious blend of Tuscan charm and modern comfort.
Positioned above a tiny hamlet in the rolling Chianti hills, it enjoys
panoramic views over vineyards, olive groves and forested slopes. With
a spacious interior and generous outdoor areas, the villa is ideal for
a memorable stay with family or friends.
Just 1 km away is the excellent local restaurant Il Papavero, while the
lively town of Gaiole in Chianti is a short drive away and offers
shops, restaurants, bike rentals and a COOP supermarket. The property
is part of a working winery, with the opportunity to visit other nearby
estates including the historic Castello di Brolio. The hilltop town of
Radda in Chianti and the medieval village of Volpaia are close by,
while Siena, Florence, Arezzo and San Gimignano are within easy reach
for day trips.
Three south-facing terraces are set on different levels of the
landscaped garden, each offering its own charm. The upper terrace by
the kitchen features an inviting al fresco dining area. The middle
terrace offers a Boccia green for relaxed entertainment, and the lower
terrace leads to a private pool surrounded by beautifully maintained
gardens.
Inside, the villa features a calm, neutral décor, modern bathrooms and
a stylish mix of contemporary and antique furnishings designed for
comfort and relaxation.
