This private penthouse resides at the top of the Crane Building in Northwest Portland. Inside you will find modern luxury with vaulted celings, African Mahogany millwork, wide plank floors, and so much more. Additionally there are seamless transitions to the private 1,282 square foot terrace that wraps around three sides. You’ll want to spend every moment you can enjoying the sights and sounds of of this downtown masterpiece.
Inside you’ll find a spacious living area, formal dining, and a gourmet eat-in kitchen, all of which are surrounded by by floor to ceiling windows . This entire space is bathed in natural light and offers breathtaking views year round. Every bit of furnishing and décor was curated to create that perfect blend of Pacific Northwest style and true comfort.
There are two spacious primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The larger bedroom enjoys east facing views of Mt. Hood and the city below. Don’t miss the chance to relax on the built in lounge chair in the shower. When you need to get a bit of work done, there is a separate office space that offers comfort and quiet. Lastly for those that are travelling with kids or need a bit of extra sleeping space there is a separate TV room with a sofa bed that is perfect for flexibility.
