Welcome to our charming and private 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom mountain retreat, nestled in the serene woods just 3 miles from downtown Aspen and 1 mile from Aspen Highlands for access to the ski resort in winter and shuttle to Maroon Bells in the summer. This vacation rental has been a beloved vacation rental getaway for over 37 years, offering guests a cozy and homey atmosphere. So many memories have been created here by the owners family, friends and vacation rental guests in those years! Our on-site manager will personally welcome you and give you a tour of the property upon arrival, ensuring you feel right at home from the moment you step in. Residing in a separate apartment on the premises, she is available to assist with any emergencies while also respecting your privacy, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted stay.
Spread across 4 spacious levels, this home provides ample space for family and friends to relax and unwind. Warm up by the wood-burning stoves after a day of adventure, or step out onto one of the balconies to take in the tranquil forest views. The expansive deck, complete with outdoor furnishings and a hot tub, is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a soak under the stars. Located 1 mile to Aspen Highlands Ski Area, advanced skiers can ski home at the end of the day via an access trail.

All Property Manager Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
Aspen Pitkin County airport is located 3 miles from Aspen and 7 miles from Snowmass Village.
