You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. 🐾 Pets If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee A fee of $20 per half hour late will be charged for unauthorized late checkouts. 💲 Additional Fees To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. 🏡 Duplex Setup As part of a side-by-side duplex setup, this unit is all yours for the duration of your stay. The other unit is rented out separately, so the driveway is shared.
