Our recently updated home, is the perfect spot for your next North Conway vacation! Spacious, comfortable and well equipped, this home is perfect for your family getaway. On the lower level, we have an additional living room and game room with a big screen TV. After a long day exploring the outdoors, warm up by the fire in the winter, or relax out on the deck or by the firepit in the summer and fall. We are close to the best attractions North Conway has to offer!

On the main floor there is ample living room space, with a wood stove, big screen TV, chess and checkers table. The kitchen has been recently updated with a large island, dining table. There is also a master bedroom with a King bed, large dressing room / closet and bathroom.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- - Guest making the reservation must be over 25.
- - No smoking in the house
- - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed
- to spend the night.
- - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and
- information.
- - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- - NO Fireworks, they are illegal in North Conway.
- - No Parking on the street.
- - Respect the neighbors
- - Maximum 6 Adults 4 Children
- -The top bunkbed is meant for children 6 years and older and under 150lbs. The bottom bunk can support adults.
