Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- - NO RENTERS UNDER 30
- - No smoking in the house.
- - Pets must be approved and there will be an additional cleaning fee for this.
- - A rental agreement will be provided with more specific rules and information.
- - Children are not allowed in the pool unless they are being supervised by an adult.
- - Guest is responsible for washing, drying, and putting away all dishes, pans, utensils.
- - Guest is responsible for cleaning the barbecue grill if they used it.
- - Quiet time is from 10pm-9am
- - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated.
- - No food or drink by the pool
- ***All pets must be pre-approved prior to your booking. An additional $100 pet cleaning fee will be charged for 1 (one) dog and $150 for 2 (two) dogs. No more than two dogs are permitted at our home. This fee will be charged via Property Manager as your trip date gets closer.***
