"Spectacular location! The back deck is very private and secluded. Super close to everything including Storyland, historic Jackson, Attitash, and all ski mountains. Quick drive to North Conway to enjoy outlet shopping, and the best restaurants. Our cozy chalet includes a wood-burning stove which warms the whole home. Tons of fun in the White Mountains and easy access to all of it right out of your front door! Come and make some memories!"

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was your own.
- - No Renters Under 25 years of age; guest making the reservation must be over 25 and all guest must be listed on the reservation
- - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night
- - Host approval is required PRIOR to any non-registered visitors (not listed on reservation) at this location
- - No Smoking, Vaping or Burning of Candles/Incense in the house or close proximity to exterior of the house
- - 3 cars Maximum in driveway please; street parking is not permitted at any time
- - Please provide your own wood for use in the main floor wood burning stove
- - Active fires in wood burning stove are not to be left unattended; fire screen must be used if stove doors remain open
- - Do not use basement level wood burning stove
- - Please clean outdoor grill after use
- - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house); no excessive noise or music
- - Respect the neighbors
- - Absolutely NO pets
- - NO Fireworks, they are illegal in this area
- - Ring video doorbell and camera are present at the front door and front deck areas facing the exterior only; video (live and/or recorded) may be viewed to confirm guest count
- - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
