Welcome to our Ski-in/out Condo at Kearsarge Brook! Our oversized condo has been set up with quality and comfort in mind. Built in 2020, everything is brand new, including furnishings, beds, cookware and much more. Located at the base of Cranmore Mountain our spot is ideal for ski in ski out access in the winter but also super close to downtown North Conway in the spring, summer and fall. When renting our condo, you will have free access to the pool and hot tub. Come and make memories!

Walk out our patio door to the south slope chair lift and the mountain adventure park. Our first-floor unit is ideal for families who like to play and relax. The mountain view is perfect for those who like to stay cozy by the fire while friends and family explore all Cranmore has to offer.

You will have year-round access to the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
  • - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
  • - No smoking in the house
  • - No fireworks or other illegal activities
  • - No outside fires or fire pits
  • - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
  • - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
  • - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
  • - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
  • - Respect the neighbors
