The Austin Canyon View Estate by Property Manager Vacation Residences is just 5 miles from the heart of downtown, and features amazing canyon views and beautifully appointed furnishings and details. With its stunning, yet welcoming interior, you will feel right at home. Watch the game outside while grilling and sunning on the patio. Step through the sliding glass doors to the Game Room that has everything you could want- pool, ping pong and TVs. With six bedrooms in the Main House and the Basement Apartment, there is plenty of room for larger groups. This property is regularly set for 14 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 21 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with Property Manager standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
