To the west of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the 7th arrondissement is one of the most bourgeois districts in Paris. It can also be described as a museum district, as it is home to the Musée d'Orsay, the Musée du Quai Branly, the Musée Rodin and the Musée Maillol. In addition, there are private mansions, historic monuments, luxury shops, the Ecole Militaire, the Hotel Matignon, the National Assembly, the Place du Palais-Bourbon and... the EIFFEL TOWER. It is undoubtedly thanks to (or because of) these luxurious monuments that it is the most affluent arrondissement in the city. Around the Rue du Bac, the pleasant Sèvres-Babylone district is full of fine shops and haute-couture and ready-to-wear boutiques. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
