**Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are steps away from the main ski lift. Our single level condo (Unit 326) is located on the 3rd floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as convenient as possible in summer or winter. The condo was remodeled and furnished in December 2021 and features high end furnishings, brand new washer/dryer and all new kitchen items. The kitchen is equipped with brand new cooking utensils, pots/pans etc. and each bedroom features a TV along with the Main Living Space. The stone fireplace is electric. Bed Configuration: single level Master: King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath (Sleep Number bed) (Main floor) Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds with TV (main floor) There is one assigned parking space on the 2nd floor of the building and additional vehicles can be parked in the main ski lots. For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
