Built in 2022, this 5 bedroom 5 bathroom custom built home comfortably sleeps 14 guests and has entertainment for all ages! Equipped with a full wet bar, poker table, gaming station with 2 Xbox’s and plenty of space outside, there is something for everyone. Located in the heart of the White Mountains, our getaway is only minutes from hiking, skiing, tax free outlets, rivers, lakes and N. Conway Village.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- - NO RENTERS UNDER 25
- - No smoking in the house
- - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- - Respect the neighbors
