Welcome to the Dream Cabin! This four-season getaway is the perfect spot to escape the madness of this world yet be close to everything at the same time. Our brand new 2021 cabin is tastefully furnished and has everything you could possibly need to have an incredible time and make lifelong memories. Sitting on 4 acres, our cabin is only 20 min from North Conway, 15 min from Bridgton & walking distance from Snowmobile trails which makes it the perfect jumping-off point for every season! 100% A/C. The hot tub is year round!
Our home is 100% air-conditioned. We have thought of everything and cut no corners. We have been managing other people’s Property Manager’s now for 4 years and hosted over 4k guests. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- - No smoking in the house
- - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- - Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- - Respect the neighbors
