Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Dear Guests,
- We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. Just a few things to note, please kindly respect the neighborhood in the villa’s surrounding. According to local law, after 10pm, sound system or loud noises should be reduced. Gathering/event can be held in the villa with an additional fee and special terms and conditions - please send us a message first.
- Please no smoking in bedrooms’ area and to keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when its not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
- Additional person after 16 will be charged additional cost at USD 30/night/px.
