Upon entering, guests will pass through a sleek entry hall with closet. A few steps more and they will be greeted with a sweeping view of Vail Mountain courtesy of the floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door leading to a private balcony. The great room is spacious with a fireside sitting area that flows easily into a gorgeous kitchen and dining space. No details were spared during the full renovation. Guests will find each space to be intelligently designed and complimented with smart technology.
Three bedrooms and an office are located on the main floor. The first bedroom has a split king that can be separated into two twin beds. The second bedroom is a kids’ paradise. Two twin beds are on the main floor and a loft accessible via climbing wall or ladder offers two additional twin beds set under skylights. A third bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom is located in a separate wing. The final bedroom with two twin beds, a private seating area with TV and en suite bathroom is located upstairs. It is flooded with light thanks to four skylights and windows overlooking the main living room.
This home has a washer and dryer and one garage parking space. Amenities include a shared hot tub, sauna, and small gym plus access to the Sebastian hotel pool and hot tubs. It is walking distance to absolutely everything guests travel to Vail to enjoy - skiing, hiking, mountain biking, the Farmers’ Market and Art Show, restaurants, festivals and shopping!
