The Sandbox is a vibrant, charming, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach-style cottage home. During your stay, you will be greeted by a relaxed atmosphere, breathtaking views of the Chesapeake Bay, and swoon-worthy sunsets!
This home sleeps 8 comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twins.. The second bathroom is located in the hall. There is also a full size sleeper sofa in the sunroom.
The layout is spacious, with an open living room area and kitchen. The living room has a nice sized television, and cozy fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking necessities, there is even a "seafood station" in the middle, which is perfect for shucking oysters or picking crabs (Cape Charles has the best!).
The sunroom leads out to a beautiful back porch and backyard area, the ideal location to soak up the views.
This property has a convenient outside shower, making cleaning up after the beach or a pool swim much easier!
The private beach is a smooth 5-minute walk from The Sandbox, so is the Beach Club and state of the art fitness center. Don’t forget to take a trip into the town of Cape Charles to explore the public beach and shops. Ask us about renting a golf cart to make your commute more easy going!
