Upon entering, you will walk up the stairs to find an open floor plan featuring a dining area and a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials for preparing family meals, and a spacious living room with a flat screen T.V, and a cozy fireplace for relaxation. In the master bedroom, there is a queen bed and a large master bathroom. In one guest bedroom there is a queen bed, and in the second guest bedroom there are two twin beds. There is also a bathroom located near both guest bedrooms for convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony overlooking the quaint, friendly neighborhood.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Property Manager requires guest to e-sign a Vacation Rental Agreement after booking on Airbnb. If you would like to review this document prior to booking, please reach out.
- - Guests must notify host of any damage to the property during their stay. Pre-arrival inspections and post departure inspections are conducted before and after every reservation. Guests agree to leave property in the same condition as it was found upon arrival.
- - Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. No early check-ins or late check-outs permitted. A half-day rate will be charged to guest if check-out time is not honored.
- - No parties or events.
- - No smoking.
- - Please be respectful of Bay Creek quiet hours from 10PM until 8AM.
- - Only toilet paper should be flushed.
- - Bath towels should not be taken to the beach.
- - Please do not track sand inside rental property.
- - Trash pickup is every Tuesday morning. Please roll out the trash bin Monday evening and return bin after pickup on Tuesday morning. Trash receptacle must be returned once trash is collected, violators will be charged a minimum fee of $55.
- - All guests must obtain a hanging visitor pass from the main gatehouse for all vehicles upon arrival. Passes must always be clearly displayed while on property.
- - Grills must be cleaned upon departure, violation of this will result in an extra $150 cleaning fee.
- - Amenity key fob for access to community pool and tennis/pickleball courts provided in unit. Key fob must be returned to same location in unit prior to departure to avoid $75 replacement fee.
- - You must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart. Golf carts must be stored in an enclosed area overnight. Make sure to obey all traffic signs, including stop signs, and don’t drink alcohol and operate a golf cart. Carts are not permitted on any roads where the speed limit exceeds 25 mph.
- - No personal items may be hung or stored on patio/balcony.
- - Our team is available for emergencies after hours. Please leave a detailed message and a callback number and a team member will return your call within 30 minutes. If it is a non-emergency, someone will contact you the following day during business hours. After-hours service requests incur a $150 after-hours fee.
- ***CHECK-OUT TASKS***
- • Load the dishwasher and start a wash cycle using supplied dishwasher pod upon departure.
- • Relocate all household items and furniture to original location.
- • Discard all fridge/freezer items except for unopened coffee creamers.
- • Strip beds down to the mattress pads, leaving blankets and bedspreads off to the side.
- • If grill was used, please be sure it is cleaned prior to departure to avoid an additional grill cleaning fee.
- • Gather used towels and linens and place in a pile inside the laundry room or in one bedroom.
- • Lock all doors upon departure.
- • Return amenity key fob to original location inside unit. A missing amenity key fob will incur a $75 fee.
- • Turn off all lights and appliances and set thermostat to 75 degrees cool in the summer or 60 degrees heat in the winter upon departure.
- • Bag all trash and place it in the large trash receptacle (located inside the garage). All trash must be bagged, no loose trash may be placed in the trash bin.
