19th Hole is located in Bay Creek’s townhouse neighborhood called New Quarter. This home can comfortably sleep 7 guests with a king size bed, two twin size beds, a queen size sleeper sofa in the sunroom and a twin size sleeper sofa in the second floor loft. New Quarter townhouses are designed with spaciously large rooms, vaulted ceilings and a wonderful private backyard. The backyard has a patio area with a picnic table and a grill for you to enjoy a peaceful meal outside, under the sun or the stars. There is also a balcony on the second floor, which has a patio set for sipping your morning coffee or taking in the beautiful views.
You’ll find Bay Creek’s Beach Club, equipped with a junior Olympic size pool, kiddie pool and tennis courts a short distance from 19th Hole. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
