Large groups in search of a spacious home near Beaver Creek Village will love Red Spruce Lodge!
This 4 bedroom 4.5 bath house sleeps 9 guests comfortably. Those who love to entertain and spend quality time in their vacation home will not be disappointed. The upper floor boasts a huge kitchen fit for preparing a feast, a dining table for 10 and a wet bar. There is a balcony area that opens up to the living room with two story windows below. Outside, guests enjoy a private hot tub, dining area, and firepit complimented by mountain views.
Beaver Creek Resort is a 1 minute drive or a 5 minute walk. There is also an on-demand shuttle to take guests anywhere in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead. This means world-class skiing, hiking, and mountain biking are readily available for adventurers. Beaver Creek also hosts excellent restaurants, shops, and the Vilar Performing Arts Center.
There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway.
Rental Agreement
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Property Manager in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
