There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - No RV or Trailer parking. - Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase. - Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood. - Please ensure that there are sufficient wood pellets in the hopper before using the smoker/grill. The unit will not operate properly without enough pellets. If the hopper runs low or empty, you may need to press the “Prime” button on the touchpad to feed pellets into the system and get it started again. If there are no pellets available, please contact the management immediately so we can assist or restock the supply.
